Atlas Pro Financial is a private investment company that purchases and sells performing and non-performing
real estate (mortgage) notes to individual investors.


Business Model and Operations


Atlas Pro Financial business model is based upon adhering to strict due diligence guidelines and focused project management to deliver value which will in turn create profits for the company. In general, the company's business model is based on three areas:

  • Purchasing Defaulted Notes - notes and mortgages that were initially originated by a financial institution and are now in serious default. These notes are at least 90+ days delinquent and some are up to a few years delinquent without making a payment.
  • Purchasing Performing Notes - notes and mortgages originated by banks, financial institutions and home sellers that are financed on behalf of the buyer and are currently performing.
  • Selling Partial Notes - Instead of selling the entire performing or re-performing note, sell off a 'partial' or portion of a note to an investor.

Maximizing value and earnings, with a devotion to detail and quality by concentrating on carefully chosen notes, is at the core of Atlas Pro Financial's philosophy. Specifically, Atlas Pro Financial focuses on buying from pools of performing and non-performing notes, and bringing them to market, either by buying low and selling high, or through restructuring the loan through modification. At this point, Atlas Pro Financial will either offer them as single assets for sale or keep them in house and pay its investors an attractive rate of return. Through this model, Atlas Pro Financial provides access to inventory for individual note buyers seeking the high-yielding and wealth-increasing benefits of adding real estate notes to their investment portfolios.
