Alberto Stein Rios - Principal

Bio

Alberto Stein Rios, Principal is a full time Real Estate Entrepreneur and Professional whose roles have included Real Estate Broker, Property Manager and Real Estate Investor for over 10 years. Since 2004, his extensive experience and knowledge in both residential and commercial real estate, property management and real estate investments have made him a valuable resource for anyone with a real estate need. In a previous business, Alberto Stein saw the opportunities to buy notes while performing short sales on residential flips. This eventually led him to form Atlas Pro Financial, a real estate investment company whose focus is on acquiring and holding real estate notes. In addition, Alberto Stein is active in his community and has participated in Seattle University's Alumni Board of Governors, United Way as a Disaster Relief volunteer and is a Co-Founder of Seattle Distressed Note Investors meetup.

Suzie Remilien - Asset Manager

Suzie Remilien, Asset Manager, is a real estate investor, teacher, librarian, and investigator. She is a landlord who is seeking to learn and collaborate with others interested in “being the bank” by investing in mortgage notes. Suzie brings strong research and organization skills that are critical to the acquisition and maintenance of notes. Suzie has completed several different courses on note investing and is now focused on acquiring performing first and second notes nationwide. She is involved in several local real estate investing groups including Real Estate Association of Puget Sound, Snohomish County Real Estate Meetup and Seattle Distressed Note Investors Meetup.
